Can I modify my booking after it has been confirmed?
Yes, you can modify your booking after it has been confirmed. To do so, please contact our customer service team or access your account via our platform to make the changes you need, subject to our policy conditions.
Can I book a room for someone else?
Booking for others is indeed possible. When making a reservation, simply input the name and details of the person who will be checking in. Make sure to provide a valid email for the confirmation email to be sent accordingly.
How do I verify my booking at the hotel?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a unique confirmation number. If necessary, you can also use your email address for identification upon check-in.
